By completing a pickup request for laundry services with Katy Fluff N Fold, you certify that your laundry is safe and complies with the following conditions:
- Your laundry does not contain bed bugs, fleas, roaches, or any other pests or insects.
- Your laundry does not contain biohazardous materials or any hazardous substances.
- Your laundry is sanitary and does not include feces, urine, blood, or vomit beyond traces normally found in household laundry.
- Your laundry does not include excessive pet hair.
- If Katy Fluff N Fold discovers any damage before or during the process of your laundry service, we will contact you and send you a picture.
- If there is any damage to your clothes, please let us know within 48 hours of your delivery.
If it is discovered that your laundry violates any of the aforementioned rules, the following actions will be taken:
- You will be required to pay a fee of $30 for the inconvenience caused.
- Your laundry will be returned to you in its current condition, without any laundering or cleaning performed.
- Your account with Katy Fluff N Fold may be terminated, and you may be ineligible for further laundry services.
We take these rules seriously to ensure the safety and hygiene of our facilities, staff, and customers. Please be diligent in certifying that your laundry adheres to these guidelines before requesting our services.
Upon completion of your pickup request for laundry services with Katy Fluff N Fold, your card will be charged a preauthorization fee via our designated payment processor, Square. The preauthorization amount will be determined based on the type and size of the laundry services requested.
Please note that the final total for the laundry services will be communicated to you once our team arrives at your location, picks up your laundry, and weighs it. The total cost will include applicable fees, taxes, and any additional details relevant to your specific pickup request.
In the event that our team arrives at your designated pickup location, and the laundry is not ready for pickup or unavailable, a fee of $10.00 will be charged to your card. We kindly ask that you ensure the laundry is accessible and ready for pickup to avoid any inconvenience. We try our best to be on time but there might be some delays due to unforeseen circumstances.
