By requesting laundry service with Katy Fluff N Fold, I confirm that:

• My laundry is free of pests (bed bugs, fleas, roaches, etc.) and biohazardous materials.
• Items do not contain excessive pet hair, feces, urine, or bodily fluids.
• I understand that any damages found will be photographed and reported.
• I will report any issues within 48 hours of delivery.
• If any contamination or violation is found, I agree to a $30 handling fee, and my laundry may be returned unwashed with possible service termination.
• I authorize Katy Fluff N Fold to place a preauthorization hold on my card through Square, with final charges determined after pickup and weighing.
• I understand that a $10 fee applies if my laundry is not ready when the driver arrives.
• I acknowledge that pickup and delivery times may vary due to unforeseen delays.
